The Library of Parliament is now accepting applications for the 25th edition of the Teachers Institute on Canadian Parliamentary Democracy, which is set to take place from 3 to 8 November 2024.

Hosted by the Speaker of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Commons and organized by the Library of Parliament, the Teachers Institute brings 85 educators from across Canada to Ottawa to learn about parliamentary democracy, governance and citizenship.

The Teachers Institute has established a reputation among Canadian educators and parliamentarians as a rewarding professional development opportunity that offers teachers an in-depth view of Parliament.
